Update - During the incident, chats were routed to agents but not received.
By refreshing their conversational panel, agents may have more chats than the maximum allowed.
This is an consequence of the incident, and once these conversations are processed the situation will be back to normal.

Resolved - The incident is now solved.

A cache database managing our feature flags has been failed over, without the feature flag service detecting it. It caused the feature flags service to become inconsistant, which produced application misbehaviors in the visitor livechat application. Everything went back to normal after detecting the source of the misbehavior and restarting the feature flags service.

However, the supervision is still showing inconsistent figures, due to this disruption. This will be reinitialized during the night.

Service is restored and we are monitoring .

Investigating - There was an incident this morning from 7:10AM to 9:12AM impacting offsite conversations (new messages from social media were not received, and it was impossible to open the one received before the incident).
The service is now restored, we are monitoring it.
