Scheduled - WHAT & WHY
iAdvize will be performing a platform scale up in order to our ensure a better stability for the coming weeks (Black Friday, Christmas...).
This will occur on Wednesday, November 14, 00:00 - 01:00 UTC+1.

IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS
Our Redis service will be upgraded. This service is used to prevent overloads on our main database.
During this maintenance, the iAdvize solution (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) will not be displayed on your websites even if agents are connected and available to receive incoming contacts.
Our public API may also experience intermittent connectivity issues (https://developers.iadvize.com/documentation#rest-api).
All other technical components (Javascript tags, SSO, ...) of the platform will not be impacted during this period.
No modifications on platform features are also expected.

HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE
No action is required on your part to ensure your iAdvize service is not interrupted.

Scheduled - On Tuesday, November 6th, we will update the name of the subdomain used to load Websocket on the iAdvize conversation panel.
Websocket is the communications protocol used to exchange messages between agents and visitors.

Make sure to whitelist the websocket protocol "wss://"
If you have network filtering on the workstations of your agents, you must verify that "wss://*.iadvize.com" is whitelisted.

There will be no impact on the platform.
No interruption of service is expected during this maintenance.
