On Tuesday, November 6th, we will update the name of the subdomain used to load Websocket on the iAdvize conversation panel.
Websocket is the communications protocol used to exchange messages between agents and visitors.

Make sure to whitelist the websocket protocol "wss://"
If you have network filtering on the workstations of your agents, you must verify that "wss://*.iadvize.com" is whitelisted.

There will be no impact on the platform.
No interruption of service is expected during this maintenance.
