We detect slow loading of social messages (Twitter, Facebook, Messenger) in the picking list. Sometimes it may be necessary to reload the conversation panel several times for the messages to appear. A corrective maintenance is scheduled today at 12:30pm CEST. For 5 to 10 minutes, it will no longer be possible to access or reply to social messages.
