We are currently migrating the database to improve performance in processing messages from social channels.
This migration is still ongoing. We estimate a return to normal for 2pm CEST

We detect slow loading of social messages (Twitter, Facebook, Messenger) in the picking list.
Sometimes it may be necessary to reload the conversation panel several times for the messages to appear.
A corrective maintenance is scheduled today at 12:30pm CEST. For 5 to 10 minutes, it will no longer be possible to access or reply to social messages.
