*WHAT & WHY* We will perform a maintenance on iAdvize based bots on Thursday, June 10 at 9am UTC+2. This maintenance will consist of deactivating bots that have not processed any conversation for more than 2 months. We note that many iAdvize based bot have been created but are not used today which impacts the performance of active bots. This action aims to improve the performance of active bots.
*IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS* - Active iAdvize based bots which have not processed any conversation for more than 2 months will be disabled. - All active iAdvize based bots handling conversations on a regular basis will not be impacted. - All active Third-party bots will not be impacted. - No modifications to platform features are expected.
*HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE* You can check the "Contact / Activity" report over the last 2 months to see if your iAdvize based bots have handled at least one conversation. If not and the bot is active, it will be disabled. Bots that were created less than 2 months ago and have not processed any conversations will not be disabled. Of course you can manually reactivate your bots using the settings page if necessary.
