On Wednesday September 5th, we experienced an incident between 9:54 AM and 10:17 AM on our contact historization service.
During this time, contacts history were not saved in our database. Therefore you will notice empty histories in iAdvize statistics. But keep in mind that all figures displayed in reports are correct and include these empty contacts history.
Our technical team is currently analyzing backup solutions in order to restore all missing histories. This analyse might take some time before any actions.
