*WHAT & WHY* Our technical team will be performing an update of our infrastructure dedicated to Facebook channels (Fanpage + Messenger) in order to benefit from new patches, better performance and stability. This will occur on Tuesday, February, 23, 7:00 - 8:00 UTC+1.
*IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS* During this update: - Receiving and sending Facebook and Messenger messages can be disturbed and delayed - No modifications on platform features are expected
*HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE* During this maintenance: - If your agents process conversions from Facebook or Facebook Messenger, they will be affected by this maintenance. If not, the discussion panel will not be impacted - The iAdvize administration for Managers and Administrators will not be impacted
