WHAT & WHY
iAdvize will be performing a platform scale up in order to our ensure a better stability for the coming weeks (Black Friday, Christmas...).
This will occur on Tuesday, November 20, 00:00 - 01:00 UTC+1.

IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS
Our Memcached service will be upgraded. This is our memory caching system. It prevents overloads on our main database.
During this maintenance, the iAdvize solution (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) will not be displayed on your websites even if agents are connected and available to receive incoming contacts.
All other technical components (Javascript tags, SSO, API Rest ...) of the platform will not be impacted during this period.
No modifications on platform features are also expected.

HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE
No action is required on your part to ensure your iAdvize service is not interrupted.
