*WHAT & WHY*
Our technical team will be performing an update of our Livehat engagement database in order to ensure better performance and stability of the iAdvize platform.
This will occur on Wednesday, June 2nd, 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM UTC+2 (Paris Time).

*IMPACTS*
During the update, you may notice the following effects :
- All contact elements (contact buttons, invitations or engagement messages) will not be displayed on your websites.
- iAdvize based BOTs will not be displayed to visitors. Third-party BOTs will be displayed and functional.
- Social channels listening by iAdvize (Facebook, Messenger, Twitter, SMS, Whatsapp) will be functional except for iAdvize SDK.
- The connection to the conversation panel will be functional for Agents/Experts but the flow of incoming conversions will be very low.
- The iAdvize administration for Managers/Administrators will be functional except for Engagement configuration. This last part will be inaccessible.
- No modifications on platform features are expected.
