**WHAT & WHY** We will perform a migration on database dedicated to our Livechat services (Engagement, Routing and Conversation) on Tuesday, January 30, 2023, between 05:00 to 08:00 (CET). This action aims to apply version upgrade and security patches.
**IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS** - The display of notifications and chatboxes on your sites, as well as the ability to create a conversation for your visitors, may be affected by slowdowns during the maintenance period. But we don't expect a general interruption of the Livechat app. - The Conversation panel and Administration app will ne not be impacted by this maintenance. - No modifications to platform features are expected.
**HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE** - All iAdvize clients are concerned by this maintenance.
