WHAT & WHY
We will perform a maintenance on our event streaming platform on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, between 06:00 and 07:00 (CET):
This maintenance aims to upgrade the service version to improve the maintainability, stability, and performance of the service in preparation for the upcoming high-traffic period (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).

IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS
- (Livechat app and Copilot for Shoppers) Conversation notifications may not appear on your website for 15 to 30 minutes. All channels (Chat, Call, Video, Social, etc.) will be affected.
- (Conversation panel) Agents may experience a 15 to 30-minute interruption in message processing.
- (Administration app) No impact expected
- (Public API) No impact expected
- No feature changes are planned as part of this maintenance.

HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE
All iAdvize platform users (Admin/Manager/Agent/Visitor) may experience temporary disruptions during this maintenance.
