WHAT & WHY We will perform a minor maintenance on our messaging service on Thrusday, October 10, between 07:30 to 08:00 (CET). This action aim to made a manual restart of system in order to improve stability and performances.
IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS - (Administration) We don't expect any disruption. The administration will be operational. - (Conversation Panel and Mobile app) We expect minor disturbances on the processing of conversations. The conversation panel and mobile app may have error messages on connection. - (Website) We expect minor disturbances on the processing of conversations. Conversation notifications display on websites can be interrupted. - (Public API Rest and GraphQL endpoints) We don't expect any disruption on these public endpoints. - No modifications to platform features are expected.
HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE Only Agents using Conversation Panel/Mobile app and Visitors from websites are concerned by this maintenance. Adminstrators and Managers are not concerned.
