P2 - Random errors with our Shopping Assistant

Resolved

The Shopping Assistant experienced random disruptions between 2:40 PM and 3:00 PM (CET).
Conversations were initiated by visitors, but the Shopping Assistant was not always able to respond systematically.
The issue has been identified and fixed.
