**WHAT & WHY** We will perform a migration on the database dedicated to our Whatsapp integration on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, between 23:00 to 01:00 (CEST). This action aims to apply version upgrade and security patches.
**IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS** - The processing of incoming and ongoing Whatsapp conversations will be interrupted during the maintenance period - We don't expect disruption on conversations processing from others channels (Chat, Call, Video, Messenger, ...) - No modifications to platform features are expected
