**WHAT & WHY** We will perform a migration on databases dedicated to Ibbu ans Statistics services on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, between 06:30 to 07:30 (CEST). This action aims to apply version upgrade and security patches.
**IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS** - We don't expect disruption on conversations processing on Livechat and Desk apps - Reports access and generation in Administration app may be a little delayed - Ibbu app and and services may have random errors - No modifications to platform features are expected
**HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE** - Only Agents with administrators and managers rights using reports will be affected. Agents connected to the Desk app are not concerned. - Ibbu experts may have a few disturbances
