**WHAT & WHY** We will perform a maintenance on the events queuing service on Tuesday, November 15, 2023, between 07:30 to 08:00 (CEST). This action aims to apply security patches on the service dedicated to events processing related to conversations and reports.
**IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS** - We don't expect disruption on conversations processing - Reports generation may be a little delayed - No modifications to platform features are expected
**HOW TO TELL IF YOU WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE** All iAdvize users will be affected. However, these actions will be mostly transparent.
