**WHAT & WHY**
We will perform scheduled maintenance on our database engines to upgrade to a newer version, improving stability, performance, and maintainability.
Due to the complexity of this operation, we have planned two maintenance sessions. This notification covers the second session.
Maintenance window: Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 06:00 to 07:30 CET
**IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS**
During this maintenance window, we will need to temporarily stop several critical services.
The following interruptions are expected, each lasting approximately 30-45 minutes:
Livechat & Copilot Shopper
- Temporary interruption in conversation notification display on your website
- Affects all channels: Chat, Call, Video, Social Networks
Conversation Panel
- Temporary interruption in conversation processing by human agents
Administration Interface
- Temporary interruption in access to configuration settings and statistical reports
Public API
- Temporary interruption in API availability
Important: No changes to platform features or functionality will be made during this maintenance.
