**WHAT & WHY** Following the incident that occurred on June 15 (https://status.iadvize.com/incidents/1p1qtc80zh2h), we will perform an emergency maintenance on our database engines to improve performance and stability. Maintenance window: Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 07:00 to 07:30 CET
**IMPACTS ON COMPONENTS** During this maintenance window, we will need to temporarily stop several critical services related to Knowledge base management. These knowledge bases are used to provide information to our AI Shopping Assistants solution.
The following interruption is expected approximately 10-15 minutes:
